Terms and Conditions for the Platform

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Aurora Finspirex platform. They describe the respective rights and obligations of you as a user and the platform operator. Please review them before opening an account, accessing the platform or carrying out a transaction. By accepting them, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the other party.

By registering, logging in, using a platform feature or otherwise engaging with Aurora Finspirex, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. The service is available only to individuals aged 18 or over. Minors and people who lack the necessary legal capacity are prohibited from using it. If your age or eligibility cannot be confirmed, access may be restricted and your account may be suspended or closed.

Platform access can occasionally be interrupted by technical problems, scheduled maintenance, software updates or wider service outages. Volatile markets, exceptional demand on our systems and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may also cause disruption. We work to maintain dependable access, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Aurora Finspirex may introduce, change or discontinue features, algorithms, market data, pricing details or available markets without this giving rise to a claim.

The platform’s materials—including text, images, visual elements, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-produced analysis—are protected by copyright, trade mark legislation and other intellectual property rights belonging to Aurora Finspirex or its licensors. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, distribute, publish or use these materials for commercial purposes. Violations may result in civil claims or criminal enforcement.

You must provide information that is truthful, complete and up to date, including your identity, contact information and payment details. Inaccurate, missing or obsolete information may result in access limits, restrictions on withdrawals or legal action. Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, with suitable safeguards and clear processing practices.

You bear full responsibility for all investment and trading choices made through Aurora Finspirex, whether entered by you or produced through AI automation, as well as the risks that follow. Aurora Finspirex provides software and trading tools only; it does not offer personalised financial advice, investment recommendations or assurances of profit. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets can be highly volatile, and you may lose the entire amount invested. Past results are not a reliable indication of future performance. Only use money you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be updated or expanded where necessary, including in response to regulatory changes, technological developments or shifts in market conditions. Where reasonably appropriate, we will generally provide at least 14 days’ notice before an amendment becomes effective, by email, an in-platform notification or a website notice. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If an amendment is significant, you may elect to close your account.

Clear information and user protection are fundamental to our approach. Our controls include up-to-date encryption, regular assessments, segregated client funds and comprehensive KYC/AML procedures. Platform use and transactions are recorded in a transparent, auditable way. We seek to treat users fairly and responsibly, while making the protection of your trust a continuing priority.
